How to Fold a Plastic Packaging Box (Step By Step)


Here are some simple instructions to help you fold our clear boxes.

First, remove the flattened box from the sleeve.

You’ll notice a side with a single flap – This is the top of the box, so start out with it pointed up.

Push the outside edges toward one another until the bottom flap touches all four sides.

Reach inside and flatten the bottom flap out.

Make sure all four corners are properly creased for maximum sturdiness.

Pinch the side flaps near the top toward the inside of the box, but leave them slightly angling up.

Crease the tab on the lid and insert.

Crease the fold at the back of the lid in order to prevent bowing.

And then you should have a perfectly shaped clear box!
