1. We extract a bioresin from corn. This is also known as polylactic acid or PLA however, don’t fear the name. This is the building block for compostable materials.
2. The bioresin in the form of pellets are co-extruded into a moisture resistant, multilayer sheet providing optimum protection against humidity, punctures, and tears. In other words, the pellets are heated and blown into a flat material.
3. The design is then printed on the flattened material with soy-based compostable ink.
4. The compostable material is then cut, folded and heat sealed to make the perfect eco mailer.
Our moisture resistant, multi-layer blend of co-extruded film provides optimum protection against humidity, punctures, and tears during shipping.
The envelope mailers come with an easy peel-off strip for a sterile adhesive closure.
Please remove all shipping labels, recycle adhesive strips pack before composting.
